This full bed is no longer available from IKEA and I can't find a link for it, but it is a standard full. It was the cheapest full frame available at the time (for an idea of the price new, it was very inexpensive). I like it because of the light pine and because it is low-ish to the ground.
 
We bought two mattresses so that when guests come, we can just slide one off the bed (if we need to accommodate 4 people instead of two).
